AshAnalizer LB 421

Ash analyzer is specially designed to work in difficult conditions such as those in coal mining and processing it. Analyzer allows a precise determination of ash content and calorific value of coal, even on conveyors belts, in a continuous manner, without being affected by heat or dust in the process of measuring. Radiation emitted by a gamma source is attenuated by the passage on the coal conveyors belt.

Last generation of scintillation detectors with mounted opposite sources recorded radiation intensity transmitted. As the ash content of coal has a higher absorption than the fuel, the absorption is a direct measurement of ash content in coal on the conveyors belt.

Bulk Flow Meter LB 472

The LB 472 DuoSeries Bulk Flow System is a Radiometric Belt Scale, measuring production throughput or mass flow in e.g. t/h. It is mainly used for bulk materials (powders, granulates or chunks). The LB 472 is based on the proven 2-wire technology, succeeding the LB 442 Bulk Flow Meter. The transmitter is operated in combination with LB 4700 Detectors.
